WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
If you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://shop-volteva.de/account. Select the relevant order and the “Withdraw from contract” function. After selecting “Confirm withdrawal”, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement by email stating the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration. We do not reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal to the Amazon MCF return address stated in our order-specific return instructions. After receiving your withdrawal declaration, we will promptly send you an MCF return authorisation (RMA) containing the return address applicable to your order. The registered business address of Volteva GmbH is not a returns facility. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. Providing the return instructions does not restrict your right of withdrawal and does not make withdrawal subject to approval on its merits.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This does not apply where the goods delivered are defective or incorrect; in those cases, we bear the necessary return costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. For electrical products, installation or electrical commissioning beyond what is necessary for inspection may cause diminished value. This does not automatically remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURNS

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer consumers a voluntary return option for a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods. This does not restrict your statutory rights, including the fourteen-day right of withdrawal and your rights in relation to defective goods.
1. Requesting a return
Request the return within 30 days of receipt through your customer account at https://shop-volteva.de/account or by email to info@volteva.de. Please state your order number and the items you wish to return. Wait for our return instructions before dispatch so that the return can be correctly assigned.
2. Conditions after the statutory withdrawal period
For a voluntary return after the statutory withdrawal period, goods must be returned complete and undamaged. They must only have been inspected to the extent that would be possible and customary in a retail store.
Goods that have been installed, electrically connected, programmed, bonded with adhesive or otherwise used beyond what is necessary for inspection are excluded from the voluntary return option. Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods and any statutory right of withdrawal that still applies remain unaffected.
Please include any accessories and, where possible, the original packaging. Missing original packaging alone does not exclude a return provided that the goods are safely packed and otherwise eligible for return.
3. Return costs
You bear the direct return costs for a voluntary return. If goods are defective or incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return option or another appropriate solution.
Please do not send parcels with postage due. Returns sent without prior notice may take longer to process, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Refund
After receipt and inspection, we refund the purchase price of the goods covered by the voluntary return to the original means of payment. Original delivery costs are not refunded under the voluntary return option after the statutory withdrawal period. Withdrawals made within the statutory period are instead governed by the Withdrawal Instructions.
We do not charge a flat restocking fee.
5. Returns through Amazon MCF
Returns are handled exclusively through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). After requesting a return, you will receive an order-specific MCF return authorisation (RMA) and the return address applicable to your return. Use only that address and include the requested return documents. The registered business address of Volteva GmbH is not a returns facility.
