SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

Delivery area

We deliver to addresses in Germany and to those EU Member States that can be selected as a delivery country at checkout.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within Germany: EUR 4.90 per order.

For delivery to other EU Member States, shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order. The specific amount is shown after the delivery country is entered at checkout and before the order requiring payment is submitted.

Shipping costs are shown again in the cart and at checkout before you submit the order requiring payment.

Delivery time

Unless a different period is stated on the relevant product page, delivery takes three to five business days within Germany and five to ten business days to the other offered EU Member States from conclusion of the contract. Where advance payment is agreed, the delivery period starts when payment is received.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the dispatch location or destination. Once the order has been dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking where this is available for the shipping method.

Partial deliveries

Where an order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels or at different times. This does not result in additional shipping charges.

Payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Depending on your device and availability, these may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay and Google Pay. The payment methods actually shown at checkout before the order is completed are decisive.

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact info@volteva.de and provide your order number and a short description of the issue. Your statutory rights remain fully unaffected. We bear the necessary return costs in these cases.
